The 2010 “World’s Largest Truck Convoy” is scheduled for Saturday, September 18th, 2010 at the Fairgrounds in Paris, Ontario.
This will be the sixth consecutive year for the Truck Convoy in Ontario. In total over $200,000 has
been raised for Special Olympics Ontario. Fundraising of this nature would not be possible without the commitment and dedication of the truck drivers, soliciting pledges/donations as well as attaining goods and products in kind which help to offset the expenses of this large event.
We are certain that 2010 will be the biggest and most successful to date. Ontario is currently leading the way with respect to the Truck Convoy, having the largest net revenue proceeds of any program in North America. We would greatly appreciate any assistance and support that you can offer at this time, to ensure its continued success. Every little counts, which ultimately makes a real difference in the lives of people with intellectual disabilities.
